Love this! And those who have a desk job like myself, highly recommend a walking pad. i recently purchased a walking pad for my desk and it helps reduce stiffness, and my energy is up πŸ™ŒπŸ» I’m also way less stressed throughout my workday!

I hope everyone is doing well! The time y'all have been waiting for is getting closer! I wanted to have the chance to update you all regarding the courses. I am hoping to shoot the first course towards the end of this week and have the chance to upload it for everyone here by the end of next week!
