Email Outreach Template
Hi everyone, I've gotten a few questions lately about how to email warm leads and/or contacts about your offer. I just put together a two email series that I've actually used for my own listening-based offer. I've added it to the document attached. For reference, the stats on this are: 1. I sent it to about 200 contacts 2. I got 15-20 replies expressing their own interest 3. I got 1 reply with a referral of a friend As always, tweak to your own style and voice, but thought I'd share. @Samantha Fynn and I chatted about this earlier.

Input & Output Task
Hey folks, In our last Q&A, we discussed the differences between input and output tasks. We agreed that input tasks are great for receptive skills before they can produce anything. And as promised, please find attached a sample input (followed by an output) task that you can use and adapt to different languages. The level is A1. Hope it helps.

Module 2 : Pilot Course
Hello , I'd like your input on the following: The key problem I solve: Improve your relations with Spanish Speaking friends and Family. My offer statement is: I help students acquire some basic Spanish phrases and words so that they feel comfortable and confident speaking to close friends and relatives, such as in-laws. I have these steps to achiev transformation:Steps in transformation: 6 Step 1: Greeting someone in Spanish & Introducing yourself Step 2: Learn to describe what you do(career), what you like and dislike Step 3: Learn question words Step 4: Learn to order food Step 5: Talking about family Step 6: Talking about weather and time Step 7: Learn to talk about daily routines Based on what Andrew answered Nicholas on the time to run the pilot, that it should not be too long to ensure that the students committ to the entire length, Would it be safe to run the pilot with just my first two steps, giving students a taste ofwhat they will be learning and how they can learn it? this would only be two to three weeks

@Leonardo Gomes When you say to test step 3 sooner, do you mean to include it in Module 1 ?

@Leonardo Gomes Great point thank You.
Impostor Syndrome Feeling
After completing module 1, I found myself experiencing impostor syndrome, as I contemplated my new project and future endeavors. I have faced this feeling before when venturing in new challenges, in those occasions it ironically fueled my determination to work harder and bridge the self-perceived knowledge gap. This drive ultimately helped me build the confidence I needed. I'm optimistic that this experience will follow a similar pattern, fueling my growth and confidence once again.
