Sunday Trip Ideas Lab — Drop In Anytime Today
Trip Ideas Lab is open today — no need to show up at a set time, just comment whenever it works for you. I'm checking in throughout the day and some Sundays I'm live too, so if you catch me online, we can chat it through in real time. This week it's New Orleans. Hotels, roommate matching, what the days actually look like, the deposit — any of it. Comment any time today and I'll answer right here. Come back through the week too — this stays open, and every comment brings it back up for the next person scrolling by. Poll: Where are you with New Orleans right now? - Already booked - Deciding between hotel options - Still thinking it over - Just here to watch

I am only 1 1/2 hours from Charleston. I love to go there. It's changed a lot since I first started going there, but it is still fun.
The Question That Saves the Most Arguments on Group Trips
Before anyone books anything together, ask everyone the same question: what's one thing that would ruin this trip for you? Early bedtime disrupted, no flexibility in the schedule, too much walking, whatever it is. Most group trip friction comes from nobody asking this until it's already a problem. Poll: Has a group trip ever hit friction that one question could've prevented? — Yes, more than once / Once, learned my lesson / Never happened to me / Never been on a group trip

Never happened to me
The One Souvenir You Actually Still Use
Everybody's got a drawer of trip souvenirs that never got touched again. But somewhere in there is one thing you actually still use, wear, or reach for. Mine is a Cozumel T-shirt(I'll have to add the pic of it in the comments later). Drop yours below. One souvenir per comment, and tell us where it's from.

I have shirts from Cancun that I still wear and they still look almost new. I have shirts 👕 from Key West that I wear also.

We've been talking archetypes in the classroom — Comfort Seeker, Curious Explorer, Social Traveler, Slow Traveler, Planner. Most people are a mix of two or three, not just one. That's the whole point. So... which ones sound like you? Something as simple as: "I'm mostly a Slow Traveler with a little Curious Explorer mixed in." No long explanation needed. Just curious what this group actually looks like once everyone weighs in.

I think that I am part slow traveler, part comfort seeker, a little social traveler, and a bit of a planner. 😆
Which type of trip feels most appealing right now?
Options: - New Orleans French Quarter - Santa Fe Wellness & Culture - Alaska Cruise - Caribbean Cruise That's it. Why this matters: - Gives you traveler demand data. - Helps prioritize your next trip. - Creates engagement. - Gives future partners evidence that OSA travelers are responding. - Takes under 2 minutes.
