This certainly was the case for me. It took me 3 months of rehab work, which included massage and some stretching work to release the tension. The majority of my focus was on jaw and neck massage and it solved my issue quite quickly. I was very lucky that I didn't have any damage to my jaw or my jaw joint. This meant resolving the issue was more straightforward. Have you had issues with TMJ and migraines? Leave a comment and let us know if you have been able to resolve your TMJ issues.

Hi Lance, you know just as well as I do that I suffer as much from headaches and migraines, and I must say since I started working with you on these techniques my headaches and migraines have improved tremendously. You know how many pain killers I was using daily to try and get through the day. It takes a bit of patience and diligence, but if you don't want to rely on pain killers to get through the day or even lessen the amount of pain killers you are using to eventually get to stop using them at all it is well worth it to put in practice
