💡 millionaireME Minute: Pause? Pivot? Persevere?
Good morning. It’s Monday, July 28th, 2025. Life is full of transitions—some expected, many not. In these moments, before reacting emotionally or powering through blindly, ask yourself three powerful, clarifying questions: 1️⃣ Should I Pause? Not everything demands immediate action. If the decision isn’t urgent and your energy is low, pausing might be wise. A pause isn’t laziness—it’s choosing to wait well. Sometimes a pause leads to quitting, and quitting, when done for the right reasons, is wisdom in disguise. Not every season is for action. Some are for rest, reflection, or redirection. 2️⃣ Should I Pivot? Sticking with something that’s clearly not working isn’t resilience—it’s stubbornness. If a better opportunity is emerging, or if the current path is draining your time, energy, and money with no end in sight, it may be time to pivot. Success often comes not from grinding harder, but from changing direction with intention and enthusiasm. 3️⃣ Should I Persevere? Perseverance is hard. It’s rarely sexy. But it’s often the difference-maker. Most people don’t fail because they can’t succeed—they fail because they stop trying when things get hard. But if your why is clear, and the goal still matters deeply, then stick with it. Simplify the steps. Lean on your support system. Remember: in wealth and wellness, consistency beats intensity every single time. ⸻ 🔥 Whether you’re reevaluating a job, a health goal, a business venture, or even a relationship—ask yourself: 👉 Is it time to Pause? 👉 Is it time to Pivot? 👉 Is it time to Persevere? And here’s a bonus hack: Ask 2–3 trusted friends for their input. Invite them to wear their “objective hat” and speak truth into your situation. As Proverbs reminds us, “Plans fail for lack of counsel, but with many advisers they succeed.” ➡️ So what crossroads are you facing today? Drop a comment or share this with someone navigating a hard decision. Let’s help each other move forward—with wisdom, courage, and all we’ve got.

MME Wealth and Wellness Way #17: Rest Like You Mean It (And Why)
Good morning, Friends. Most of us don’t need help working harder. We’re world-class grinders—pushing through meetings, inboxes, milestones, and the next big thing. But rest? Real rest? The kind that silences storms and centers the soul? That’s harder. That’s rarer. And that’s priceless. I was reminded of this in a story where chaos hits—waves rising, winds howling, fear setting in. And yet, in the middle of the storm…someone is asleep. Not because He doesn’t care. But because He’s at peace. And when He speaks, the storm listens. It made me wonder: What if rest isn’t just the absence of work, but the presence of something deeper? What if the truly rich aren’t those who chase more—but those who can stop chasing? In a community called millionaireME, this feels like the most counterintuitive move of all. But maybe that’s the point. Because: • Money isn’t the master. • Time isn’t the tyrant. • Success isn’t the soul. Rest is proof that you’re free. That you value what money can’t buy: Peace of mind. Unhurried time. Deep sleep. Creative clarity. Emotional regulation. Spiritual connection. Margin. Play. Wonder. Joy. Here’s the crazy part: Science backs this up. Rest improves: 1. Stress levels 2. Memory and focus 3. Creativity 4. Immunity 5. Heart health 6. Relationships 7. Productivity 8. Decision-making 9. Hormonal balance 10. Life satisfaction So wherever you are—on the water, in the storm, or at your desk—may today be your boat moment. Rest like you mean it. Not to escape life. But to enter into it more fully. Because when real peace shows up? The storm loses its power. #RestLikeYouMeanIt #TrueWealth #WellnessIsWealth #millionaireME #WorkWisely

Thank you well written!!
What I posted today on FB and LinkedIn about our Boy, Isaac
Who is millionaireME anyway? It’s a fair question—with a surprising answer. Yes, millionaireME is built for high-earning professionals, ages 26–41, who want to turn income into impact and retire not just comfortably, but confidently. That’s the center of the target. But every great mission has its outliers. And one of ours is named Isaac V., from Manhattan, Montana. Isaac is 18. Dutch by blood, ranch kid by upbringing, entrepreneur by instinct. Instead of taking the college route, he took the pivot—literally. He started a pivot servicing company, helping farmers irrigate fields across Montana. He’s been self-employed since the day he got his license at 14. And when he’s not lifting 40-pound boxes of potatoes or running his business, he’s living the values that built this country: family, 4-H, faith, and fierce discipline. To shake his hand is to shake a grizzly paw—hardened by labor, not luxury. And while most adults twice his age are still playing financial catch-up, Isaac already: ✅Owns his car outright ✅Has a fully funded emergency fund ✅Contributes to a taxable account for a future home ✅And maxes out his Roth IRA—$100 at a time, every Monday Here’s what he shared last Winsday Wednesday: “At first, it was painful watching $100 leave my checking account for my Roth every Monday. But I reminded myself—it’s not just about the money. It’s about discipline. About showing up for my future self.” That’s millionaireME in action. Not about wealth flaunted. About wisdom practiced. Not for the someday dreamer. For the everyday doer. Not a race to the grave. A journey toward lasting freedom. So whether you’re 14 or 80, farmer or financier, early in your journey or already well down the road—if you’re mission-inspired and growth-oriented like Isaac, you belong here. Because millionaireME isn’t just a financial brand. It’s what happens when Wall Street savvy meets Wall Creek ethics. Because your best life is built one habit, one deposit, one Winsday at a time.

Wealth and Wellness Way #7: Sharing is Caring
It’s Wins-Day Wednesday, friends. The day we celebrate the wealth and wellness wins that are moving us forward—not to brag, but to bridge. Because that’s what our stories really are: Bridges. Bridges we’ve crossed. Bridges we’re leaving down, not pulling up behind us. So others can follow. So no one has to stay stuck. So the path becomes clearer with every step shared. Today isn’t a time to be shy. It’s a time to be generous—with our progress. If it feels like “too much” to share a win, think about it this way: We’re just beggars who found bread—telling others where they can eat, too. So what’s your win this week? Big or small. Behavioral or financial. A dollar moved. A dumb purchase avoided. A mindset shifted. A new habit begun. A single act of courage. Whatever your win is… we want to hear it. But enough from me already. Today, I yield the floor to my fellow millionaireMIGOs (my Mission-Inspired, Growth-Oriented friends). Anyone have one? Anyone with the initials…YOU? Time to be a difference maker, friend. Remember, for this community, it’s not about more for me. It’s about more through me. @McCall Goodman @Isaac Van Dyken @Jonathan Ferry @Simeon Woodard @Shanita Shontà @Sam St-Phard @Scott Pharr IV @Ceci Goodman @David Terrill @Carrie Lyons @Mike Taylor @Andrew Wallace @Bill Winfrey #WinsDayWednesday #millionaireME #FromBeggarsToBridges #WealthAndWellness #UnleashYourInnerTBA #CelebrateProgress

On Monday, I finally hit a personal win—I committed to a habit I’ve been resisting for a while. I started investing $100 into my Roth IRA every Monday. At first, it was painful watching that money leave my account. I didn’t want to give it up; it felt like losing something I worked hard for. But I kept reminding myself that this small sacrifice now is going to build a better future. It’s not just about the money—it’s about building discipline and setting myself up for long-term growth. Thanks, Coach Goodman for helping me out.🥳
Day 23 Challenge: Start Smart, Finish Strong. 💪🏼
Alright, team—Sunday’s here, which means one thing: It’s time to plan your wins like a millionaire in training. Not a whimper. Not a fizzle. We’re going out with a BANG! We’ve been saving early, saving often, and investing what we save. We’ve been living that health-is-wealth life. Now it’s time to land the plane—with style. STEP 1: Lock in ONE Financial WIN for the Week 🙌 You’re not just making money moves—you’re making millionaireME moves. What’s one small, doable thing you can commit to that makes your wallet (and future self) smile? Try one of these: 🔹 Unsubscribe from 5 email temptations (goodbye random 20% off… hello long-term wealth). 🔹Make all your coffee at home—no shame, just savings. 🔹Transfer $50 to your “FREEDOM FUND” and name it something that fires you up. 🔹Sell one thing you haven’t used in 6 months—turn clutter into capital. Small win. Big signal. You’re not just saving—you’re building your rich life foundation. STEP 2: Claim ONE Fitness WIN This isn’t about fitting into skinny jeans. This is about showing up with ENERGY, CLARITY, and CONFIDENCE—like a CEO of your own life. Ideas to get you moving: 🔸20-minute movement every day—walk, jog, dance, chase your dog. 🔸Try 3 short bodyweight workouts this week (push-ups + squats + planks = power). 🔸Drink a gallon of water/day—hydrate like a boss. 🔸Get 7 hours of sleep/night—millionaire minds need restoration, not exhaustion. Sticky Note Challenge: Write down your ONE MONEY WIN and ONE FITNESS WIN. ✍️ Stick it somewhere obvious: Fridge. Mirror. Laptop. Steering wheel. Let it remind you: I’m not winging this—I’m winning this. This Week’s Motto: “Live like a millionaire before you ever become one.” Because millionaireME isn’t just about the commas in your net worth. It’s about courageous choices, stacked habits, and unapologetic momentum. Your Turn: Drop your TWO WINS in the chat: 1 Financial + 1 Fitness. Bonus points for emojis. ➕➕➕ Challenge a friend. Make it a game. Loser buys the next smoothie or does 20 burpees.
