Are You Living in an AI Bubble?
We spend so much time inside the AI bubble that I think we forget something important: Most of the world is still trying to figure out how to use AI for everyday life. This week, while traveling and sitting in board meetings, I talked to executives, managers, and professionals about how theyโ€™re actually using AI right now. Not building agents. Not coding apps. Not creating viral prompts. Theyโ€™re using it to: โ€ข organize sports schedules for their kids โ€ข manage aging parent paperwork + power of attorney details โ€ข respond to difficult emails from bosses โ€ข summarize meetings and projectsโ€ข organize calendars and teams โ€ข think through decisions faster Meanwhile, many companies are still waiting for IT approval, governance reviews, legal sign-off, and enterprise systems before they fully embrace AI. Which meansโ€ฆ There is a MASSIVE gap between where AI creators areโ€ฆ and where most humans actually are. I honestly think many of us in this community are in the top 2% of adoption. And because weโ€™re so deep in it, we start believing: โ€œEveryone already knows this.โ€ โ€œThereโ€™s nothing left to monetize.โ€ โ€œThe market is saturated.โ€ I donโ€™t think thatโ€™s true at all. I think the world is still 2-5 years behind in many ways. Which means there are still enormous opportunities to help simplify peopleโ€™s lives, work, communication, organization, decisions, and daily overwhelm. You are probably sitting on skills that feel โ€œbasicโ€ to you nowโ€ฆโ€ฆ but would completely change someone elseโ€™s day. So hereโ€™s the question: What are you making โ€œ๐˜๐—ผ๐—ผ ๐—ฎ๐—ฑ๐˜ƒ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฐ๐—ฒ๐—ฑโ€ that people actually need made simpler? Are you coming to the AI That Works For You Summit? I have the same conversations with my husband. I share what is capable, but he is waiting for "AI legals" to be sorted out by the "ops team". Meanwhile there is an extraordinary amount of inefficiency going on which directly affects customer experience.

I will give this some thought. I am doing a 10 day Moodboard Scavenger Hunt soon. Each day has a topic and they need to find 1 thing per day over 10 days. The end result is a cohesive visual for their next sewing project.

First big concert was Robbie Williams (mosh pit) - it was pretty good Best concert - Mumford & Sons - they did a vocal duet - no music - the harmony was extraordinary. The stadium was silent.
Monetizing AI Blueprint
I was chatting with so many members in the DM's today and yesterday about ways to monetize your AI offers with Skool. I took all my notes and transcripts and came up with this BLUEPRINT to show you. What do you think?

Are CustomGPTs are dead? ๐Ÿชฆ
Just read an email from @Wendy Breakstone this morningโ€ฆ โ€ฆand I couldnโ€™t agree more. The internet is already declaring:โ€œCustomGPTs are dead.โ€ ๐Ÿชฆ Relax. This happens every time a new tool drops. OpenAI releases Workspace Agents โ†’ people assume everything else is obsolete. Itโ€™s not. Workspace Agents are built for internal teams. Your AI assistants? Theyโ€™re client-facing. Revenue-driving. Scalable support inside your offers. Completely different role. But hereโ€™s the bigger conversation ๐Ÿ‘‡ If your entire strategy depends on ONE platformโ€ฆ youโ€™re going to feel this panic every single time something changes. Because it will. Iโ€™ve watched this for years with retail brands like Amazon and The Gap โ€”there are always up cycles, down cycles, pivots, reinventions. Even when Instagram shut down for a day on October 4, 2021 ๐Ÿ˜ฑ The ones who win donโ€™t cling to tools. They build around what doesnโ€™t change. ๐Ÿ‘‰ Your IP ๐Ÿ‘‰ Your frameworks ๐Ÿ‘‰ Your methodology Thatโ€™s the asset. You can move it. Rebuild it. Repackage it. The platform is just the container. So instead of asking:โ€œIs this dead?โ€ Start asking: ๐Ÿ‘‰ โ€œAm I building something that can evolve?โ€ Because AI is going to keep shifting. Skool is going to keep evolving. Your business should too. Curious what your thoughts are? ๐Ÿ‘€ This is exactly what weโ€™re diving into at the ๐—๐˜‚๐—ป๐—ฒ ๐Ÿญ๐Ÿฑโ€“๐Ÿญ๐Ÿณ ๐—”๐—œ-๐——๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ๐—ป ๐—•๐˜‚๐˜€๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ฒ๐˜€๐˜€ ๐˜€๐˜‚๐—บ๐—บ๐—ถ๐˜ โ€”how to stay relevant (and profitable) no matter what changes next.
