I decided to become a Certified Identity Coach because I want to become the best version of myself 1st, not only for me, but for the people I love most. As a mom to two teenagers, I want to lead by example and show them what it looks like to grow, heal, and live with purpose. I want to be a better friend, a better leader, and a better human being and through life experiences help other people. I also grew up in an abusive environment, and while I have come a long way, I know there are still beliefs and patterns from my childhood that no longer serve me. I want to break those cycles, challenge the stories I've carried for years in the subconscious mind, and create a healthier legacy for my children and future generations and clients. 🔥 One thing I took away from our first session: I realized that the conversations I have with myself every day shape how I see myself, my relationships, and what's possible for my future. Some of those thoughts have been with me for so long that I've accepted them as truth, when in reality they are just old stories and beliefs. I learned that if I want to change my life, I need to start by changing the way I speak to myself. My internal dialogue can either keep me trapped in who I've been or help me grow into who I'm becoming. 🔥 One thing I know I need to stop doing: I need to stop focusing on why things can't be done and start focusing on what is possible. Too often I look for proof that something won't work, won't change, or won't happen for me. That mindset keeps me stuck in old beliefs and limits what I believe is available to me. If I want to become the next version of myself, I need to stop collecting evidence for my fears and start collecting evidence for my growth, my resilience, and my potential. I'm excited, nervous, hopeful, and ready for the journey ahead. ✨
