Practice takes just 5-10 minutes. Today, we move into the Sacral Chakra—the center of flow, creativity, and emotional intelligence. This is where life force moves, where pleasure and passion reside. We invite you to soften, to feel, and to allow your breath to move through you like water. ✦ Activate & Flow (Meditation): 1. Sit or lie comfortably. Place your hands gently over your lower abdomen, just below the navel. 2. Inhale slowly through the nose. 3. As you exhale, imagine your breath moving in a gentle wave through your hips, pelvis, and lower back. 4. Allow your body to sway slightly with the breath, like a reed in a soft current. 5. Visualize the Ankh glyph resting horizontally at your sacral center, its loop facing forward, inviting creative flow. ✦ Affirmation: “I am the Ankh. I am flow. I am pleasure. I trust the waters within me.” Take a few breaths here.
