@Stephanie Yanez That’s not what I meant… tbh, I have never experienced sleep paralysis before but I did experience a higher level of consciousness in the sense where I am astral projecting (out of body experience) and it’s not exactly the same thing. An out of body view is a little different than sleep paralysis. If it’s okay with you, I can explain the difference between sleep paralysis and higher consciousness?? And, my heart goes out to you… 😭❣️ I’m sorry that you have to experience it.
