Most people sabotage their sleep without realizing it…
If you're waking up tired even tho you sleep enough hours, late-night snacking might be the problem. Easy fix: - Stop eating 3 hours before bed. Because your body should be resting, not digesting. If you want to develop a bulletproof mind, you can't neglect your sleep. Are you snacking before sleep?

@Dilan Alexander I love it like that I've been also working on simplifying my life a lot and it was working well, it took ages to get to that point and when I finally got there... I moved with my girl and that's the last time life was simple lol
