Stop guessing what content to make
How do you pick your next video or post? 👇 For most agents it's gut feel, or copying whatever the biggest agent in town posted last week. Both are guesses. Meanwhile the answers are sitting in public. 🔍 Local Rival Scan finds the agents already showing up when people search your area. Then it shows you the gaps nobody covers. You don't have to name a single competitor. → Runs the searches buyers and sellers actually type: "moving to" and "living in" your town, on YouTube, Google and Instagram → Keeps only real local agents, not national media → Flags proven topics that are 2+ years old and ready for a fresh version → Finds videos that pulled far more views than the channel has subscribers → Logs the searches where no local agent answers → Grades every gap A, B or C, with links you can check yourself → /rival-scan refresh shows what changed since last time ✅ Classroom → Foundation → Local Rival Scan ✅ Have Chrome open and be logged in to your YouTube and Instagram ✅ Claim your first A-grade gap and post it in the comments 👉 Open the lesson: https://www.skool.com/the-leveraged-agent/classroom/42fb7237?md=e01f47db504b43fba6a6c76d555fe85a That's all 8 Foundation lessons. Where did that number in your market update come from?
Here's the test. Pick any stat from your last market update. Can you show where it came from? 👇 A lot of market updates run on borrowed numbers. A news headline. A portal estimate with different area lines. Last month's post with the month changed. Then two of your own posts disagree, and a seller notices. 📈 Market Snapshot gives you one approved set of numbers every month, with the source and month on every one. → A source list YOU control: your MLS export, your board report, anything you trust → A script that calculates from your MLS export and shows the math → Small-sample flags, so one strange sale doesn't become "prices jumped" → Two sources disagree? You see both numbers, not a quiet pick → Nothing saved until you approve the full table → A running history, so next year's comparisons come from your own records → /market-snapshot check tests any post or email against the numbers you approved ✅ Classroom → Foundation → Market Snapshot ✅ Drop in one MLS export and your latest board report ✅ Approve your first month together 👉 Open the lesson: https://www.skool.com/the-leveraged-agent/classroom/42fb7237?md=02c12e6688c6428ead84b2c3acfb9ce5 What do you use for market stats right now? When did you last update your Instagram bio?
Go look at your bios right now. All of them 👇 Odds are at least one still says your old brokerage. One got cut off mid-sentence because nobody counted characters. And most say the same thing every other agent's says. A stranger decides in seconds if you're their agent. Your bio makes that call for them. 🪪 Platform Bio Pack writes every bio from one profile and one proof bank. → One interview, 6 rounds, then you never re-explain yourself → A proof bank: every sales count, award and review total saved with its source and the date you checked it → A counting script, so Instagram, TikTok, X and LinkedIn never cut you off → Brokerage name, license number and fair housing checked on every draft → Same name, phone, link and niche on every platform → /bio-pack refresh updates every bio at once when something changes ✅ Build Brand Style Guide and Why Me Sheet first ✅ Classroom → Foundation → Platform Bio Pack ✅ Have your current bios and license number handy 👉 Open the lesson: https://www.skool.com/the-leveraged-agent/classroom/42fb7237?md=ce488db43b004fdcbcbd7c11442b3460 Post your new Instagram bio in the comments when it's done. I'll give you feedback. Ryan

Does every post you make look different?
Be honest. Does your marketing look like one business? 👇 For most agents it's a logo from year one, a color the brokerage picked, a Canva template found at midnight and a bio written in a hurry. Every post is a new decision. AI makes it worse, because with no rules it hands you the average real estate template. 🎨 Brand Style Guide puts your look and voice in one file that every other prompt reads. → A positioning line that names a real place and a real client need → A color palette built around the logo you already paid for → A contrast check on every color pair, so nothing on a flyer is hard to read → Two fonts, checked to be available in Google Fonts and in Canva → A preview sheet with your real name and brokerage line before you approve anything → /brand-guide check catches the wrong color, an extra font, a missing brokerage line or a fair housing slip before you post ✅ Classroom → Foundation → Brand Style Guide ✅ Drag in your logo and 2 to 5 screenshots of looks you like ✅ Run a check on one piece of your current marketing 👉 Open the lesson: https://www.skool.com/the-leveraged-agent/classroom/42fb7237?md=c9fce41481394c9ba7a5684f37d1aef4 Drop a screenshot of the post you're most proud of. Let's see the before. Ryan

Claude Code
@Ryan Rose what is Github and why do I need it for Claude Code? It won't let me use Claude Code unless I connect to it.

So, github is a "repository" that can hold text files or files in general. It is free, for the most part, and helps take files off of your local computer and into a cloud for storage. You do not need github in order to operate Claude or Claude Code. If you want to do things "in the cloud" then you will need the free version of github, but you most likely do not need that at this time.
