Myself, I started Two Saints Brewing Company in St. Maries, ID. I started homebrewing in 2018ish with the goal of moving back to my hometown to start a brewery someday. 2021 we made the move, I got a job as a postman, and we used our life savings and small retirement accounts to build a brewery on my families place in the mountains. We got a couple of tanks in the 5 bbl Brewha BIAC system and got our first beers in the local bars and stores in late 2022. This last June we finally got our taproom going so we have a retail space which is a total game changer. I never worked in a brewery nor did any schooling before I just jumped in so I’ve made tons of mistakes and learned things the hard way, but that’s pretty normal for me lol. @Stevr Collings My boys are too young for me to ask them, but what do you think is the reason younger people arent drinking as much? The anti-alcohol movement? Is Marijuana getting more accessible over there?
