Who else drank the Altra Koolaid only to relegate 4 pairs to their work shoe rotation? I wanted to love them on the trail… turns out I only love them in the school hallways and classrooms.

@Vincent McGee that would be my typical mode of operation. Now they just get worn out on the black top with the kids, playing basketball, and tag!

Coming Back
Stoked to get my first 5km run ticked off after 6 months off and 3 weeks of building back - slowly 😊 - next goal 12km by end of March 💪🏃♀️. And the view aren’t half bad either 😃

POV: it’s long run day.
When your runner self asks your regular self if you really went all week without a run expecting a 10 miler on Saturday… 10 days in Hawaii and I’m on the struggle bus to get back in the game. 😳
