I use to blame my clients for not coming back. They don’t wanna pay, they don’t care about their hair…..BUT THE TRUTH is I wasn’t good or confident at what I was doing! Ask your clients why they not returning so you can FIX the problem without assuming.

1. Somebody asks you to do their locs after you did a loved ones 2. You search YouTube looking for answers 3. You realize this has more to it than you thought
