AE is a companion space for Ascend Collective, a space where we do deep work, integration, & healing together. AE is like our own lab or workshop space where we get to apply what we have learned, run or host our own group healings or coaching sessions, collaborate with others for projects, and all with consent and respectful mutual agreement of exchange. 💛 Our potential here is great! Learning by application, experiencing it, and all of us cheering for each other of our accomplishments! You are helping us shape our new future as a collective, so, thank you, for the opportunity to collaborate with you all. P.S. Our official date of inauguration is January 1, 2026, but, we are quietly setting up our stage for ourselves into the future. I cannot wait what we can accomplish together! ❤️‍🔥🚀

Hello everyone, How are you today? I hope you’re all well. Today, I’d like to express my gratitude to one of my soul sisters, Lena @Lena Uejo 🤍 Lena generously shared her gift with me this week through a mutually agreed exchange, and I also offered her an energy healing in return, which we’ll be scheduling soon. It was such a light, fun, and invigorating experience to share space together. I had the gift of time and energy from Lena for two consecutive days, and within that 48-hour window, so many golden nuggets, AHAs, and synchronicities unfolded. A few that stood out: - A gentle reminder for me to revisit and rewrite self-limiting beliefs - A successful group healing that unfolded within the next 24 hours, inspired by the wisdom that emerged from my 1:1 session with Lena - A real-life moment that helped consolidate and heal a part of my inner child. A powerful miracle mother-son moment. I deeply believe in co-creating experiences, and I know in my heart that many of the miracles and blessings I receive from God / the Divine / the Universe are connected to the healing work we commit to daily. I also know that my 1:1 exchange with Lena contributed meaningfully to this unfolding. Thank you again, Lena, for the experience, the wisdom, and the learnings that came through.
