Hello Beautiful Summit Attendees - I'm feeling really grateful to be part of a this collective gathering to uplift, empower and unite women in our shared journey of being women. We all walk different paths yet our hearts know the truth of oneness. I'm excited to share the story of my journey from anxiety to freedom. Shamanic energy medicine helped me release old patterns/ways of thinking that were keeping me stuck in anxiety loops. I was also experiencing intrusive thoughts that would pop into my head out of nowhere. Shamanic energy medicine was able to get to the root of this energy and release it.
