Golddust’s #Flamechallenge
I’m using the rws ā€œlearningā€ deck because my normal rws deck is currently being used for something else and I need to keep that one in order haha And I figured using rws was probably the best plan. Anywhos Day 1: I got the Hierophant and as you can tell by the picture, I cannot spell - ignore that šŸ˜‚ What I noticed was the checkerboard racing stripes on the platform. I feel like they need to have some sort of meaning because aesthetically they are completely out of place lol but I have no idea what it would be. I’ve never seen any definition reference them.

@Golddust Mommy To be fair, I would be irritated is a naked baby was riding me. Those accidents are hard to wash off.

@Ronni Mulvaney That's okay. I'll go there.
9 of Wands
I often think in music or songs. So this is what comes to mind. I feel Wilson Phillips said it best. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uIbXvaE39wM&list=RDuIbXvaE39wM&start_radio=1 #April 2026 Flame Challenge šŸ”„

@Ashley Jasper Styles Makes me think of the importance of personal mantras. The Queen has learned the power of using simple statements.

Ten powerful ways to ask deeper questions in tarot
The quality of your life is shaped by the quality of the questions you ask. That applies to tarot just as much as to personal growth: the clearer your question, the clearer the insight you receive. 1. What is beginning to surface in my awareness regarding [your situation]? 2. What might unfold if I choose to follow [this possible path or scenario]? 3. What is my inner self — my soul — asking of me right now? 4. What would help me live more in alignment with what feels true and good for me? 5. What new opportunities or openings are emerging? 6. What lesson am I currently exploring or integrating? 7. What am I not seeing clearly yet — where is my blind spot? 8. How can I invite more of the feeling [e.g., calm, joy, confidence] into my life at this moment? 9. Which actions will support me most in manifesting my goals? 10. What deserves my focus right now — what truly matters?

I find that using a good question that opens up space for exploration and allows for you to find your next action are some of the best. It is important to ask empowering questions instead of questions that ask for the answer outside of yourself.
5 of wands
As I’ve mentioned before, I’ve been comparing my new deck (the StarChild Tarot) with the Universal Waite deck to see the differences because the StarChild has an extra trump card and has renamed some of them. So I thought I’d see how they compare. I use Brigit Esselmont’s Ultimate Guide to Tarot Card Meanings as my go-to source for all tarot meanings. It’s based off the RWS decks, and explains a lot of the symbolism in the cards, and it’s insanely in depth. All that said- I’ve come to the 5 of wands in my journey here. It’s very obvious that this card is about conflict. But the book approaches it as a *learn to work with people. Be open to others opinions and views* kind of conflict. And StarChild literally says ā€œthis card is not about teamwork, but personal goals and ambitionsā€ So I guess my question is, how do YOU view it? Learning to work with others? Or working on personal priorities, goals, and ambitions? Or do you just see dumpster fire 🤣

I see the 5 of Wands as inner battles around boundaries. I do find it interesting that the Start Child deck seems to mirror some of the imagery of the 4 of Swords.
