Ayurveda Herbal Support
Greetings SDMs~ Following up with a value resource that I shared in our call yesterday. My relative, Dr. Seeta, was my inspiration into the world of Ayurveda, I am linking her website here, along with her herbal products. I am planning on taking the liver cleanse/parasite flush again and the Energy/Vitality/Immunity. Be well 🌿 https://www.drseeta.com/shop

@Andrelle Stanley Great question. I don’t personally add activated charcoal when I take this. From my understanding, charcoal can bind broadly, including herbs, nutrients, supplements, and medications, so if someone chooses to use a binder, it’s best timed away from the herbs and ideally guided by a practitioner. I use this formula more as Ayurvedic liver/gut/digestive support, especially around travel. It does include herbs traditionally used for krimi/parasite and gut imbalance, like Vidanga, Neem, Clove, Kutaja, and Triphala, but if there’s a suspected active infection after travel, I’d recommend testing or working with a qualified practitioner for a more specific protocol. When taking it, I’d keep support simple: hydrate well, eat nourishing/easy-to-digest foods, and support regular elimination.
Holding Lineage: Leadership & Legacy Workshop is LIVE!
Greetings Mystiks! Let's talk about what it means to be a lineage holder... 1️⃣ You are not first. You are last. The decent of knowledge is coming from previous generations and traditions. Being a lineage holder in the modern world has become more difficult as many people carry more than one bloodline. Sometimes those bloodlines conquered others, exploited them and dominated them. 2️⃣ Honor the wisdom of culture. Acknowledge the elder teachings and keep things pure. When you are attracted to many different cultures, as many are now mixing and matching, we still have a duty to keep traditions both together and separate. 3️⃣ Honor all systems of traditions. It doesn’t mean you need to know everything from all the different schools of thoughts but some systems are meant to stay together. Like Vedic Cosmology and deity worship. If you do not understand the way the universe works, how can you understand the servants and personality that keep it going? 4️⃣ Stay in your lane. Lineage holders do not speak of things they have not studied themselves. They do not spread colonized systems to be more palatable to a wider audience. They look to those who have given their lives to the teachings. 🪶 Are you ready to hold lineages with integrity and humility? 🪶 Are your ancestors calling you to be in right relationship with the earth and the original ways? 🪶 In what ways are you being called to expand your medicine to be more grounded? Join me inside Holding Lineage: Leadership & Legacy Workshop A soul retrieval experience for those ready to reclaim their power, reconnect with their lineage, and step into aligned leadership. 📆 April 19th 2026 ⏰ 11am PST - 1 pm PST >>> Register here today <<< *Free to attend and recording available with an option to dive deeper! Sacred Pause - Spiral Inwards 🌀
Greetings Mystiks! Happy Holidays! 🎄 May you be in peace wherever this finds you, and welcome to a new season! ❄️ Winter is a time to dream. To envision. As the Earth slows, we are invited into an inward journey in the North Direction. The North is the place of the Ancestors. Of stillness. Of winter. In some Native cultures, the North is symbolized by white. In others, by black — darkness, Tezcatlipoca, the Obsidian Mirror. Either cosmology, we are gifted a reflection of our internal strength and resilience, even in spite of harsh weather conditions and a slowed tempo. As we enter a new Gregorian year, this is not a time to reach outward for nourishment, but to go within. To hibernate in a way that allows true rejuvenation for the coming Spring. As this year closes, I am mindful of the liminal spaces —and the knowing that many of you may be standing in the sacred in-between. If you feel the quiet knowing that next year requires more of your soul—more truth, more devotion, more embodiment—I invite you into a journey. Vision Quest is a modern rite of passage. A 30-day Soul Retrieval Journey for those on the brink of breakthrough. ➡️ This is for you if: ✔️ You feel something essential calling back to you ✔️ You’re ready to reclaim a lost vision, memory, or soul piece ✔️ You need sacred structure to cross into your next chapter A month of intentional pause. A spiral inward. A return to your highest ideal reality. ✨ COMMENT “VISION QUEST” ✨ for your personal invitation to initiate this winter. P.S. Our last SDM Circle of the year is Dec. 30th! See you then! Link in Calendar tab.
