Authentically… Disorganized? 🤣
Hey… I’m a chef not a business guru! It occurred to me that I should start remembering to welcome new people into the group. We have a new member today, and what prompted me to think about this was something he’s always wanted to know how to make and I have a question. First, let’s welcome @Andres Rodriguez-Story into the group. For those of you who are thinking she never welcomed me, you’re not wrong, this is my first welcome post ha ha ha. This is also me trying to do better. 🤣😘🤦🏼♀️ Andres said that something he would like to know how to make is Burrata. My question is… Do you mean actually making the cheese itself, or how to use it in a recipe? I’m going to assume that you’re asking how to make the cheese itself, and I think that’s a great thing to try out. I have a dinner party coming up that I’m catering and of course I have suggested a Burrata salad for the first course, maybe I should try and learn that today!!
