The RESULT I have decided to create is to generate an additional $3k/mo in my coaching business by May 11th - this or something better. The PURPOSE is to launch my first group coaching cohort in my community as well as more than replace an existing aquarium client who will be going away in the coming months (they sold to private equity company). My M.A.P. 1. interview 20 prospects to learn: what they want (goals); What are you struggling with the most in launching your career? What keeps you up at night? If you could solve it, what would you need to solve it & what would that look like? What are you looking for in a solution? What are you NOT looking for in a solution? If you could wave a magic wand and achieve this result or outcome with your career, what would need to happen? 2. Invite new prospects from LinkedIn to Interview them on my podcast > great way to use the framework UNDERSTAND > ALIGN > ADVANCE; ask the interview questions > then tell them that I’m building something and ask if they want to know about it when it’s ready. 3. Invite them to join the community as founders (what they’ve asked me to build) and be my first group mentoring cohort 4. Post 2 YouTube videos/wk & 4 shorts/wk; repost shorts on my LinkedIN 5. Finish updating my community about page: Upload the short VSL Video to my community about page & finish updating the tiles for testimonials 6. Create Roadmap graphic & upload to community to about page 7. Write onboarding email sequence emails and add to onboarding automation 8. Prep the CTA for this coming Warren Wednesday presentation at University of Maryland Business School class 9. Email UMD students in CRM to invite them to the community (the ones who’ve attended Warren Wednesday & downloaded the 8 Questions lead magnet) 10. Write 5 emails for the auto responder sequence for my 8 questions lead magnet 11. Finish building out the 8 Questions modules & videos inside my community MOMEMTUM SKOOL (under FREE TOOLS) 12. Create the Cold Outreach modules & video inside my community momentumskool; Vlad finish updating the pdf of Alex’s email as a template 13. Join Toastmasters 14. Join Mike’s networking community

@Govind Nadathur Thank you! You’ve done the work and the some. A lot of people could benefit from your example: - how eagerly you take to being coached and being contributed to - your openness to reflection and trying new things - How you always always always take any insights and actions assigned and implement them right away, but then you’ve always taken it further and gone the extra mile - And how you consistently check in with updates and feedback on how it’s going for you, new challenges, wins and struggles - And your transparent and brave willingness to be open and vulnerable (a true and rare but influential superpower of real leadership). - And how you communicate - wow! Not sure if you realize how exceptional your communication is. You always show up to calls on time. And when life gets in the way (as it can), you reach out to let me know and renegotiate & reschedule. - Your readiness and hunger to grow, learn and be contributed to (your high receiving index). People with high receiving index are very generous & often have a much greater capacity to GIVE, contribute to others. - And giving is the only way to truly have anything (most people struggle to get this - I definitely did). When we give something - it is only then (by our giving) that we truly have it to give. KEEP SHOWING UP! It’s working.
RECAP From 3/22, my R.P.M. Results, and...weekly call 3/29
Hey guys! Wow. What a phenomenal call we had on 3/22. We learned a powerful story of two, high stakes conversations I had, one being massively influential and the other being massively uninfluential with leaders in my workplace. We learned of the number one way to destroy your influence...by focusing on only yourself! And...we got to learn a powerful framework for influence, U.A.A. -- Understand, Align, Advance --> and how it helped me score a remarkable career outcome through @Mark Matthews coaching!! My R.P.M Challenge Results: This has also been fantastic. It wasn't easy, but @Casey Kaufman held me very accountable...to moving my average bed time across 14 days to 10:20 P.M -- before it was close to 11:00! With a busy lifestyle this makes a HUGE difference! It wasn't easy. But I tracked it every night. And oh boy, was it helpful to feel more relaxed, calm, and centered with folks throughout the day! I can't wait to conitnue to work on that relaxation, and get better quality sleep for the future! Comment down below...what are your R.P.M's and results? And oh. You know what's happening this Sunday....Weekly Call @ 4:30 PM!!! Join us, once again, for a phenomenal and fun hangout, along with a powerful lesson on how to feel more CONNECTED with others!! Can't wait. - Govind

Brilliant! This generous way of showing up (outward focus on helping others win) is what I’m teaching in my community too. The framework you shared is brilliant (thank you @Mark Matthews ). UNDERSTAND > ALIGN > ADVANCE This is a WITH mindset. Think working WITH - instead of FOR. Both + and Yes + and Together + with Not win/lose Not either/or Instead of competition, think “coopetition” where every one wins. Your story you shared of the two different situations you shared is powerful, especially the difference in influence you had when you opened up and applied the framework: First seek to understand & listen Then getting in harmony and alignment, getting on the same page with the VP - to help him win at his job! Lastly ADVANCE - the outcome of you getting what you wanted by focusing on helping your boss with HIS agenda. BOOM! Such an awesome case study of applying the framework: UNDERSTAND > ALIGN > ADVANCE Amazing call.

Overcoming anxiety
Thanks to everyone who interacted with my first post, I have been busy every Sunday at the moment with Work, dinner, and some service work. Plan is to be on this upcoming Sunday. Having said all this, my weeks have been busy since joining Life Skool and interacting with some of you and you all have given some amazing input. Over the past 4 years I have been dealing with some high anxiety especially when it comes to severe weather. My junior year of college I came home for the weekend and before I went to bed I still remember the sky being green at 11 pm at night no tornados but there were many all over the state of Indiana that night. I heard of some that were down south of Indianapolis that wiped out some of the area they lived in. Fast forward to 2024 I was umpiring a few games including a championship softball game. Next thing I know I feel a very chilly straight line wind on an 80 degree day and when my friend and I looked up at the sky a tornado was coming right down over us. My first instinct was run, get in my car, drive away. I will be honest I still hear those screams of people in fear as they ran to their cars. The rest of the year was fine but then going into 2025 there were many storms that were firing including one that caused me having anxiety attacks every few hours. Heading into 2026 now that I have a job, I am heavily in the agreement of staying safe and not having messy commutes. Yes I always will understand tornadoes and storms happen and yes I also know not everyone will see a natural disaster and it might be rare to see one in general. Over the years I have learned a few things about my anxiety. Today I will share 5: 1. Control what you can control no you cannot control the weather but you can control what you watch stay off weather apps on all hours of the day, focus on the present, 2. Stay prepared know if weather is to come maybe go to the lower level for the night I remember early on when this really spooked me I had many sleepless nights 3. Find something enjoyable but also talk to others as storm anxiety is very real especially when you are alone. The worst thing that could happen is being alone with your thoughts and thinking the worse. Instead, focus on the positives 4. This one has helped me more and more recently when bad weather happens don’t be self centered think about what if your kids at school aren’t safe or cousins or sisters at college aren’t safe do you think this affects them like it affects me. For example when 3 rivers and union city got hit this weekend I was thinking about how hard it has to be for them to keep going especially after all that has happened. 5. Finally, God and I have a heavy relationship on many things but when it comes to storms I often ask him why do storms come with severe potential. I never have got a definitive answer but I can say finding relaxing activities during the time it happens is key to keep yourself going. It is so hard but showing up and working problems out is so important to keep going.

@Govind Nadathur I was so impressed that you did this and your whole attitude about it, and how you kept going - and eventually broke thru! Heck you even had Carlo join you!
