How do we get access to the B-Stock Playbook?

We’ve been pretty quiet since November, so wanted to check back in. We took a break from December through early February to reset and figure out our next moves. Since then, a lot has changed… - We moved into a new warehouse, slightly bigger, and way more modern - We’ve expanded beyond B-Stock and are now working with brands like Lovesac and Albany Park - We’re starting to bring in higher-end pieces (Lulu and Georgia, Castlery, etc.)• We’re also expanding into more categories: sideboards, dining tables, bed frames, and more - We’re still running B-Stock (and it can still be great ROI-wise), but as you know, it comes with more labor and inconsistency. Lately, we’ve been leaning more toward new-in-box / like-new returns for better margins, cleaner inventory, and easier scaling. Right now, our main focus is dialing in the best mix of inventory as we head into summer and figuring out what actually moves, what’s worth the effort, and what we want to double down on. I’m looking for the couch flipper starter course in the classroom and only see a locked video about B stock. Am I in the works area or missing something? I can’t find the training.

Just closed on this 1,000sq warehouse. Much needed. Was running out of space at our small 300sq one and am taking the jump into BSTOCK now. (any advice on BSTOCK for beginners would be great lol) Going to build a photo booth studio for pictures in the corner out of drywall. Best of luck to everyone else!
