Welcome to a new month. Our theme for the next few weeks is Planning with Intention. Have you ever walked into work, and just opened up your computer and got right down to business - and before you know it, it is lunch time and you forgot to even take a quick break? That is exactly how my days used to be. And I felt proud for a while because I was "Productive", I got work done. But all it led to was burnout. This month is all about creating routines and rhythms that support your energy as a teacher. Choose one activity that supports your well-being, or that even brings you enjoyment - one that you get lost it. Mine is journaling.
