Spontaneous Humming Challenge!!!
Ok!! I’ve been so inspired by @Erron Z. L. Callahan’s post today in my community, Fear Less Spontaneous Music, that I wanted to put a challenge to us all, here in the Vibe Tribe!!!…… Spontaneous Humming!!! Why? Research is starting to support that humming has physiological and psychological benefits when we hum! Also, this is a simple way to make music with ourselves and to experiment with improvising! If you feel unsure or self conscious about doing this……. Start with one note! Take a deep breathe into your diaphragm then expel air while humming one note for as long as you can! Do this a few times! When you feel comfortable, do this again, but this time do this with two notes. Do this a few times! Now relax and stop taking deep breaths and just use long breaths still but move between these two notes in any way you choose! When you are ready, try this with 3 notes, 4 notes and so on! Remember, this is not about performing or sounding great, this is about experimenting with making sound and music, and experiencing the benefits of humming!!! Have fun and feel free to share your experiences!!!

Just Say Everyday… It’s Possible
Whatever you’re facing today... healing, growth, reinvention, leadership, or starting over... It’s possible. Not easy. Not instant. Not guaranteed. But still possible. Some breakthroughs take time. Some victories require patience. Some doors open only after you’ve grown enough to walk through them. Stay in the fight. Keep showing up. Keep believing. Keep building. And never underestimate the power of taking a little me-time with a favorite song. Sometimes one song can reset the mind, lift the spirit, and ignite fresh energy toward what’s still possible. Your next chapter may only need one more season of courage, discipline, and faith. As written in Joshua 1:9: “BE OF GOOD COURAGE!!!” Stand strong under pressure. Stay steady in uncertainty. Move forward even when you cannot see the whole path. That’s how winning begins. What are you still believing is possible?
