Today's call - cancelled due to flooding 🌧️
Hey all! I have to cancel today's call due to our internet being soooooo bad during all the flooding we are having in our area. Let's pick this up next week Saturday at 10am GMT/SSAT, WHO IS COMING?

@Annelize Erasmus no its vynil wrapped .It took me a full day to design wrap and build .( About 12 hours) start to finish

@Annelize Erasmus no not usually but i did have more free time that day to focus on it and i had a narrow deadline so i only had one other job open on illistrator next to this one

Not sign related but i needed a gift for my mom when she comes to visit so i made her a hanging lamp

Monument sign
Heres a little monument sign for the local country club/golf course all steel and brick construction powder coated then wrapped with 3m extreme weather lam.

@Annelize Erasmus yes the wall and pillars were still fairly fresh about a week set up for the concrete and mortar .

Printer problems
This week has been a crazy start to the year indeed! The tech was suppose to come Wednesday… I am still waiting… i normally fix and maintain my printers, but this one got me scratching my head Let’s see how this one unfolds….

Doesnt look like a head strike maybe some clogged lines in the back or a pump

@Annelize Erasmus oh no!! Yeah i can see it in the picture , i hope you get this resolved its never fun to have a piece of equipment down . I would be checking for leaking feed tubes for or bad pumps for the missing ink and maybe one of the drive gears has come loose that drive the belts? On a flat bed cnc its pretty common for a set screw to come loose on a drive gear on it shows the cuts being off in wierd directions during running where the gear will spin for a second and then catch again going the other direction
