Hallo @Scott Henderson Good to see you in here. Are you progressing through the materials and getting results yet? 🤔 I'm one of the moderators in here, so if you need any pointers, just ask.
100 days until 2026
It's a fact of time that we can't make more of it, so what can you do before the end of this year? Dedicate a specific time to do something extra-ordinary, outside of whatever your routine is. Paul's training here gives you the plan and the path you can follow. The only ingredients you need to add are some time to implement and deploy what you need. Life, uh, finds a way. You just give it the nudge. 😄

“I did this” in about 12 minutes a day
It’s easy to get lost in the busyness of living, along with all the responsibilities and chores that entails. Your online ambitions are often the afterthought that has to be squeezed in around regular life. One technique that is overlooked in the always on, always connected world is to promise to yourself to find at least 12 minutes in a day to get what you need done. Day one may just be creating accounts and saving the passwords, then the non technical write a line in your physical log book of what you did. Make the abstract electronic work real and tangible. Day two review yesterday’s line and see what you can do next. By making and keeping these small commitments to yourself, you demonstrate you are the person who takes action on their own goals and values themselves by showing up each day. Your “I did this” list becomes a powerful reminder that successes come with consistency.

@Isabel Monte it’s amazing how much you can accomplish when you actively record what you did. Works well across life.
What do you do when you feel Overwhelmed?
This week has been extremely overwhelmed for me, dealing with exhaustion, sick child and parent. I have to give myself some gentle reminders to: 1. Pause, don’t quit. Step back for a moment and rest. 2. Simplify. I don’t have to do it all at once. Focus on the one thing that matters today. 3. Reconnect with my “why.” Remember why I started creating as a creator—it wasn’t for perfection, but for connection. 4. Lastly, I have to give myself compassion and acknowledgment that I'm taking imperfect action is better than none. I hope everyone have a good reset weekend and don't forget to rest even though we want to continue to get things done.

Finding your stillness in the busy-ness of life is an underestimated joy and energy bringer. Focus on one thing first is a brilliant way to simplify life while getting more skilled and experience in that area.
@Vivian Nim one place you can find a meditative space is during a run after you’ve got the basics of each under your belt. There is a present-ness in running that allows your body to do its thing when you find the natural cadence with your physiology.
