AI Mastermind Feb 2-7 | Apply NOW
I wanted to share something pretty special with you guys. From February 2nd to February 7th, thereโ€™s an AI Mastermind happening in Cape Town thatโ€™s being sponsored by n8n, and Iโ€™ll be there along with some of the biggest names in the AI space like Liam Ottley, Dave Ebbelar, Jack Roberts, Mark Kashef, and many more. This is not a typical conference. Itโ€™s a small, curated mastermind focused on real conversations, deep dives into AI, live talks and presentations, plus a lot of networking and social events with people who are actually building in this space. There are only about 50 VIP spots left, and itโ€™s designed to be a high-impact, life-changing type of week. If youโ€™re serious about AI, business, and meeting the right people, I definitely recommend checking it out and applying here: https://www.africai.vip/

๐Ÿš€New Video: Easiest Way to Migrate n8n Workflows Between Accounts (cloud to self-hosted)
In this video, I walk through how you can migrate hundreds of n8n workflows from one instance to another without losing track of anything. I show exactly how I moved all of my workflows from n8n Cloud to my self-hosted n8n instance by pulling every workflow into Google Sheets, logging whatโ€™s already been migrated, and then importing them into the new instance. This gives you a clean system to avoid duplicates, stay organized, and safely move everything over if youโ€™re setting up a new n8n environment or switching hosting. GOOGLE SHEET TEMPLATE

A pattern I keep noticing with follow-ups
Something Iโ€™ve noticed across a lot of service businesses lately: Most people think their main problem is not getting enough leads. But when you look closer, leads are usually coming in theyโ€™re just not turning into real conversations or booked appointments. Common patterns I keep seeing :โ€“ Replies going out hours later โ€“ Long, over-explained first messages โ€“ No clear next step after someone shows interest โ€“ Follow-ups that feel awkward or inconsistent feels awkward The biggest shift Iโ€™ve seen is when businesses stop trying to โ€œconvinceโ€ and start focusing on clarity and speed. Short questions > long explanations Fast replies > perfect replies Clear confirmation > casual follow-ups A simple example: Instead of sending a paragraph explaining everything, asking one clear question often moves things forward faster than any pitch. Curious how others here handle follow-ups after someone shows interest do you have a system, or is it mostly manual right now?

๐Ÿš€New Video: DON'T Build Another AI Agent Until You Watch This
In this video, I break down the AI systems pyramid and explain how I decide what type of system to build for a given problem. We walk through all four layers, starting with custom GPTs, then simple workflow automations with no AI, followed by AI workflows, and finally full AI agents. As you move up the pyramid, complexity, cost, and the chance of things going wrong all increase, and I explain exactly why that matters in real projects. I also show real examples of each layer so you can see how these systems actually work in practice. By the end of the video, you should be able to confidently decide which type of AI system you need to build and avoid overengineering solutions that do not need it. Access the Decision Tree HERE
