Apparently, AI can help with this too... 😂
After having tech issues during my live talk last week, I was determined to figure out what was going on. Turns out... 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗺𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗿. 𝗠𝘆 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗼𝘄𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝗱 𝗰𝗿𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗱. 😳 And I definitely didn't know how to fix THAT. 😂 So I pulled up ChatGPT and started taking screenshots of what I was seeing. Basically... "𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝘂𝗽. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼 𝗜 𝗱𝗼?" Then another screenshot... "𝗢𝗸𝗮𝘆... 𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁?" And we just kept going, one step at a time. Eventually, Windows was repaired, my computer was working properly again, AND I finally got my Canva presenter notes and Skool screen sharing working the way I wanted. 🎉 The biggest thing I learned? 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝘀𝗸 𝗔𝗜 And maybe... don't sweat it quite so much when things go sideways. 😉 Sometimes you just work with what you've got, figure it out afterward, and learn something for next time. And when it comes to AI, sometimes you can simply show it what's happening and say... "𝗢𝗸𝗮𝘆... 𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁?" 😂💛 And that's my big win for the week! 🎉

I do this a lot with AI where I send it screen shots and error message and say let's debug this or what is causing the error or issue. I am surprised it hasn't told me to shove it yet.

@Lorri-Lynn Roche Yours must be very dialed in to you. Mine just keeps going and going.
💬 Why You SHOULD Be DMing Your Skool Members
Here’s the sign, the push AND the proof! 👀 @Brenda Rigney recently posted a great infographic summarizing what I taught during the recent Communities to Cashflow Bundle and I noticed a few members commenting and mentioning during the live that they aren’t really utilizing DMs in Skool or are hesitant to because they’ve gotten the ick from some of the messages they’ve received… totally understood. 😅 BUT LOOK AT THIS ⬇️ This screenshot is a collection of the responses I get from the DMs I send out. And THIS is exactly why I keep encouraging you to use your DMs! Now listen to my quick, passion-filled voice memo I just recorded outside the cafe I’m currently working from. 😂 (attached below) I got caught off at the end because of the evacuation phone alerts happening here in the Okanagan due to the fires but you get the point! Hope everyone stays safe, healthy AND DMing! 😉

Ugh fires are NOT fun - I hope they get them contained soon. I have definietly been more in the DM's than I was before. I haven't seen a whole lot of action yet from it - but I have had some good discussions and learning more about members.

@Emily Dawn yes they are super valuable just to even get to know them and what they need. Ty so much for sharing all the dm ways
Two hours on a call. Ten pages of notes.
Context first, because it’s important , I’m not new to online business… Since April 2023 I’ve generated over $250,000 US, one mini-project at a time. I know how to run a business. I help other people figure out theirs. And I still could not see my own community clearly. I knew there was something missing, I could even pinpoint what leaks I wanted to fix. I couldn’t figure out how. (Before April 2023 for 8 years I generated about $20K on average if that, so no I’m not an overnight success, I’m slow burn learner, but when I get something I run with it) But I digress, what happens when you’re inside the thing, you get blinders. And it isn’t that you don’t know. (That could be too actually) It’s that you have never once stood outside your own business and looked back at it from a very different perspective. We all are way too close to our business. I came off Skool Games at $10K MRR. It settled at about $7,500 including annuals, so roughly $4,500 a month recurring with the rest already collected up front. Solid numbers. But I knew there was a leak in how people move from free to premium, because while 99 people joined premium , I have 4500 members and I could not find on my own, how to structure onboarding and day to day so that they see opportunities to upgrade throughout without me shouting it. So on July 20th I booked a 1:1 with Brenda. (YES she offers them still - run don’t walk and book it) Not because I want her business model. I don’t want summits and bundles every other month. I do summits twice a year and that is plenty for me. I wanted her to see my community from her expert sharp eyes. Because the way she moves people from free to premium to VIP is the smoothest I have ever seen. Gentle and firm at the same time. Easter eggs tucked into every corner so people upgrade because they want to, not because she is standing there pitching at them every single week. Two hours later I had ten pages of action items. Not scribbles. Real do-this-next items. I have implemented maybe one page of the ten.

Yeah @Christine Vabre your updated image looks so good!
If you got to write the rules of your reality from scratch, what would they be?
Here's something wild about your subconscious mind: it doesn't know the difference between what's real and what's imagined. It can't tell a memory from a vividly pictured future. All it tracks is what's familiar, and familiar is what it labels as safe. That's why change feels so hard. It's not because you're not capable of it, but because the old identity is the familiar one, so your subconscious keeps steering you back to it, even when it's the version of you that keeps you small. But it works in your favor too. When you tell it, show it, and feel it over and over, the new reality starts to become familiar. And once it's familiar, it's safe. And once it's safe, your subconscious stops fighting it and starts building toward it. You're not lying to yourself. You're rehearsing the truth until your body believes it. So let's write some new rules for your reality. 💫 The key is to make them positive and present tense — as if you already have it, already are it, already live it. Not "I want to" or "I'm trying to." You are. Here are some examples to use as inspiration (or steal!) 🤍 Money flows to me easily and consistently. 🤍 I am safe being fully seen. 🤍 I trust myself to figure anything out. 🤍 I grow in ease. 🤍 Opportunities find me. I always have more than enough. 🤍 The more I take care of myself, the more my business grows. Now it's your turn. Drop one of your new rules of reality in the comments- the ones you're choosing to make familiar, starting today. 👇 Write them like they're already true. Because the moment you do, you start becoming the woman they belong to.
