This is great if you do not already have a system to figure out what you top priority should be on your long list. The presentation is step by step telling you what to put in your AI. Then using her free tool you come up with your top priority of the day. I did just the ChatGPT portion and did a brain dump of everything work, business, personal, including packing for my trip that I need to get done before I leave early in the morning. I ended up with a daily check list for each day between now and when I leave. I know this isn't exactly what she was showing but it has helped me in a big way to know what I need to do first and that some of the things can wait until I get back. Bonus tip, it told me if new things pop up (ideas) have new list for after vacation and to come back to prioritize again. Maybe it is just me but I had never really thought of doing a complete brain dump of everything in my life that needed to be done and letting AI help me sort it out. Am I the only one?

I recently chatted in a parenting group about how to prep for the week. Well one thing I called out was I use ChatGPT for my full meal plan including my toddler meals. I also stated I give it my shopping list and then have it organize it by aisle as you would go through the store. Had me thinking.....
