Whenever you get a new client who has no film and you have no prior relationship with, what is the approach you guys use to train them that day they come in? Do we just pick and chose something random or what?
I would put them through something to see how they move and make decisions. Like Danny said a combination of finishing, shooting, ball handling, driving, mix in some live play and from there you can teach where they come up short or make note of it for the next workout.
What platforms do you guys use the most to post content? As of right now I post everything on Instagram but feel like I should start branching out more now that I have content to post consistently. I know in this business views don’t equal clients but the more online traction the better. Which platforms have you guys had the most success in terms of views?
The best practices/training sessions all have one thing in common __________. Could be the energy, communication, competition, organization, or something completely different. I'm curious to hear what stands out to everyone.
@Joseph Wunder I normally start with drills and progress to live play. Ball handling drills and then do dribble tag or something fun. Then move to a drill for floaters and then something with live play and the finish is a floater. I think drilling kinda warms the mind up and then you can apply it with live play
