Foot Pressure
Well lads just said id shoot this in here someone else might take some value from this question. Mike Can you explain how foot pressure should be distributed on a leg press compared to an RDL, and why that difference matters for muscle activation and joint safety? Ex Gym leco hip press Thanks BOD

What's up people hope everyone is having a good week and working towards goals big or small , I started my coaching at the start of 2025 in pursuit of mainly helping some of my friends just better themselves overall physically and mentally by helping them clarify there goals on where they want to be and how they are going to get there. By seeing the impact i was able to have in short time i felt there was a space i would be able to fill in terms of mindset especially around training and social events , I have stopped drinking and it will be 3 years in September and the quality of my life has improved significantly by doing so , i don't hate drink i just know the potential some people have without it and i see day to day how it impacts peoples train of thought, sleep, and ability to make progress . I find myself in a position where I'm helping people map out around nights out now and use fitness and physique development as a way of personal development also. I know mike on a personal level and the knowledge and drive he has i something i look up to and why im in this group , i have picked his brain a lot in the past and only found myself learning from him , Im putting a massive emphasis on my education over the next few months to really become a valuable coach within the scene , My Goals for the future is to become a asset where i can be placed within teams and work 1 to 1 with players to become the best versions of themselves on and off the field and hopefully one day have a facility of my own. Excited to be in here now Lets go !!!
