The fukkn unknown
Progress
What's the first word or phrase that comes to mind when I think of "progress" is 'success' and 'remaining grateful during hard times.' I began the 7-day challenge. I honestly told myself I'm too busy for it, but I'm too busy for everything, and yet somehow I still find a way to make time for what's important, and this is important to me today. It might not be as important tomorrow or in a couple of days, but today I choose to take time out of my day and work on myself through this 7-day challenge.

It's ok to be like a glow-stick sometimes you gotta break before you can shineđź’ś
Admiration
What’s something you admire in someone else in this group? Maybe it’s their honesty, their resilience, their sense of humor, or just the way they show up every week. Now for the deeper part—how does that quality reflect something you want to grow in yourself? Give someone a shoutout in the comments, or share what you’re working on. You might be surprised how much we see ourselves in each other. Progress is progress, mile or millimeter. We’re all learning from each other here. @Ashleigh Kinney @Ada Draedan @Bobby Ford @Saint Blue @Chris MacBlane @Chantal Morgan @Darnell Freas @Ellie Hayes @Edrisa Faye @Gabriel Collom @Michael Hewitt @Iona Jackson @Jessica Newby @Karen Hamilton @Lindsey Jorgensen @Mike Searles @Norm Rentschler @Jon Olson @Rebecca Pask @Benjamin Ross @Sam Lies @Teresa Turner @Larry Urick @SuAnne Vannatter @Elizabeth Woods @Rasaan Younkins @Justin Zimmer

My Survival Is My Superpower (And Hell Yes, I'm Using It)
Here’s the truth nobody tells you: the fact that you’re still here—breathing, reading this, scrolling through your phone or maybe clutching it like a lifeline—is already a kind of miracle. Don’t let anybody, ever, shame you for the ways you survived. You made it through what should have killed you. You got up when the world said stay down. That’s not weakness; that’s superhero-level grit. I don’t care if your progress today was just getting out of bed, sending a “hey, I’m not okay” text, or not throwing your phone at the wall when life got loud. Survival isn’t pretty, but it’s powerful as hell. Wear that scar, that story, that stubborn will to keep trying like a badge. And if you feel invisible or alone in all of this? You’re not. Not here. Not with me, not in the Progress Is Progress community. We’re a bunch of beautiful disasters learning how to love ourselves (and each other) a little better, one messy day at a time. 💪❤️ So if you need a hand, a rant, a laugh, or just someone to remind you that you’re not broken—you’re surviving, and that’s badass as hell—reach out. Drop a comment, DM me, or come find your people in our community. Let’s keep each other going. The world needs your story, scars and all.✨ Sound off below: what’s one survival skill you’ve picked up that the old you would never have believed? Let’s see those battle-tested wins. 👇

Talk to Your Triggers
If My Trigger Could Talk… If my primary trigger could talk it would say: “Fuck up, you need money. You need to live. Your family needs you. Who gives a fuck about some law? You’re done worse shit. Just do what you have to do.” But then I would have to talk back. Out loud or in my head: “Nope. Not today. Not the old way. I know what you’re trying to do. Trying to keep me safe. But I know where that leads. I want more.” Ok let’s get freaky. What would your primary trigger say if it could talk to you? And how would YOU respond? Write it out! No matter how insane it sounds! Let’s see who’s got the pissiest/weirdest/honest conversation!
