A simple realization: In the past years I had been waiting for confidence when I should have been building it.

You can't build a million-dollar business with a survival mindset. One of the biggest reasons new coaches fail is because they're trying to play it safe. They launch on hobby plans. They run ads at $2 a day. They buy the cheapest tools they can find. They spend months "testing" before making a real commitment. What they're really saying is: "I don't believe this will work, so let me spend as little as possible proving myself right." Imagine putting a roast in the oven at 10 degrees just to see if the oven works. That's how most people approach business. Successful coaches think differently. They don't ask: "What's the least I can invest?" They ask: "What's required to give this the best chance of succeeding?"
