@Iris Ocariza Haha πŸ˜† I wish I could! Allergies can be such a buzzkill, and landlords… well, they tend to have the final say. What kind of pet would you get if you could, no restrictions? 🐾
Burnout = Being less human?
⁉️ I've been reading a bit about burnout and some of the members in here have some experience in teaching this. Also, I was asked this question: πŸ€– πŸ«‚ Is 'burnout' actually just us trying to be more like robots and less like humans? Let's hear your thoughts about this and your tips on preventing or lessening burnout. Ready. Set. Go! πŸƒβœοΈ

@Iris Ocariza I relate to that a lot. When I feel stuck, it’s usually a sign I’ve been doing the same things on repeat for too long. Mixing it up.. changing my routine, stepping away for a bit, or even focusing on something small and different helps me get unstuck and see things more clearly.

@Iris Ocariza yeah 😊
Just got off a call with David!!! πŸ”₯
I'm gonna be super honest... I am very hesitant on booking "free" calls with anyone. Even if I really love what they're offering. Why? B/c I've been on so many and for the amount of value I get...I don't have the energy to say no to an offer of being upsold...truth be told. I can be weak. But for some reason. @David Iya's vibe in the community and invite to book a call did not give off the sense that I would need to do that. I booked it for the next day and I want to share with you that the call was personal, inspiring, eye-opening and extremely valuable for the time spent chatting. For anyone looking to grow their Skool community...it will undoubtedly provide another step in the right direction of growth for you! I'll tell ya this! What sets @David Iya apart from a lot of other community owners is his humbleness, true desire to make a change and impact...and coming from a very authentic heart centered place. I honestly didn't know what I was gonna get out of the call and what I got out of it was more than I could have expected. So much value and clarity. Thank you @David Iya for pouring your heart and soul into your work. It shows! πŸ’– Here's to you getting into better wifi zone soon! 🀣

Wow, this is such an amazing testimonial! It’s so refreshing to hear about a call that’s truly personal, valuable, and heart-centered without the pressure of upsells. Sounds like it gave you real clarity and inspiration for your Skool community.. love that you shared your experience here! πŸ’› And yes… better Wi-Fi would make those calls even sweeter πŸ˜†πŸ“Ά

Help!
How can one find clients for providing virtual assistance without being on a freelancing platform? And what can one do to be guaranteed hired? and to set a perfect rate?

@Hicham Char agree with this! Haven't tried but most of the group I joined says linkedin is great for client hunting :D
Lesson #5: Why I Give Thanks for 60 Seconds Every Day πŸ“š
Every single day, I spend 60 seconds giving thanks. That's it. One minute. And here's what I've noticed: by the end, I'm never out of things to be grateful for. I start with the obvious stuff; my family, my health, my bed, my pets. But then it goes deeper. The people in this community. The opportunities I have today. The fact that I woke up with a roof over my head and food in the fridge. Every single time the 60 seconds is up, I find myself thinking of more. πŸ“• Here's why this matters: Studies show that people who practice daily gratitude experience: - 25% increase in happiness levels - Better sleep quality - Stronger immune systems - Improved relationships - Lower stress and anxiety Gratitude isn't just a feel good practice. It shifts our perspectives. It enhances our lives. Try this for the next 7 days: 1. Every day you wake up. Set a timer for 60 seconds. 2. Think of everything you're grateful for. 3. Speak them outloud. Don't stop until the timer goes off. You'll be surprised how much you have. What's one thing you're grateful for today? Drop it below. πŸ‘‡ If someone comments and you're thankful for that person, let them know too.
