So I have an automation that goes out to follow up with clients as well as my calls. Well one of my emails struck a nerve and finally got them back into the discussion as they had fallen off. They have now decided to move forward and we are meeting and signing tomorrow excited to continue with more. Teaching the follow up automation soon under automations!

I had another flipped claim this week. Insurance came out agreed to repair just a few shingles on the one slope we were able to prove that it was not repairable. They didn’t wanted to pay for just to replace the one slope so then we had to show connecting slopes and why that it had to be replaced and we have now turned it into a full New roof replacement with interior and gutters as well.

So far, I am seeing great results using the newest release from Claude. It’s their smaller mini model, but it is performing at very high levels like some of the larger models but at a third of the price so depending on your automation, you may want to test using this
