This community is definitely a soul-led decision! To create a space from my heart so we can connect globally For people around the world that vibrate on the same frequency Yesterday I started this community and less than 24hours later a received an email name : « You listened to them and forgot the power of your FREQUENCY...» But with this community I choose to take my power back, strop listening to what people think is logical And decide to choose based on frequency! As a part of the email said (see the picture)… Now it’s about your FREQUENCY! And we are here for it!! ✨🙏

I watched an excerpt from a TED talk, by designer Ingrid Fetell Lee on IG a couple of days ago and ended up watching the full thing (not that long😆), I did not regret it! For the architects in here, this must be common logic, but for people like me, who aren't architecture pro's, it was such a nice reminder how the spaces we live and work in can actually influence how much joy we feel day to day!🥰 For me, my favorite place in my apartment is my office (haha sorry @Kym Byrns , you've seen it before 😅). I intentionally built this into my favorite room and I rearranged the books in a way that bring me joy. Because perhaps subconsciously my work and my business bring me joy too! In this angle you can see the bookshelves (colorful, multi-faceted, vibrant, yet organized and structured... just like me haha!) but in front me, there is this massive, bright window with forest green curtains left and right, and a big leafy plant (fake 🫣😅). And the view of the dense city park right across brings me so much joy every morning! What’s the one spot in your room, home or backyard, that sparks joy for you? Or what’s one change you could make to invite more of it?

This morning I woke up with the desire to completely reorganize my office space! 💫 I decided to rearrange it with a more Feng Shui approach, following the principle of the Command Position (it’s when we can see the door without being directly in front of it, with a solid wall behind us) This is a big deal, because in this position our nervous system doesn’t have to stay in hyper-vigilance mode, ready to fight if someone comes from behind. Instead, it can finally relax. We see everything, we feel safe, and our whole body can settle into peace 🙏 Since my office is a really small space that also serves as a common area in the house, my setup wasn’t ideal at first: I had my back to the entrance, facing a wall…sooo not a great option at all 😂 But today I wake up with a new idea! And wow, just one day I can already feel so much more peaceful in my body 🌿✨ Since it was a rainy day, I also decided to create a document (already at 50 pages 😂) gathering all the insights I’ve learned and experimented with over the past year about Feng Shui. I felt incredibly inspired and went even deeper than I thought possible! 🥰 I truly love experimenting with new ways to elevate architecture so it can supports our well-being, productivity, and fulfillment 🙏 Feng Shui is definitely one of them that I love to go deeper and deeper in the understanding of it! 🤍🌿
