How are we keeping our gloves grippy/sticky? We wash Freds in lukewarm water after each use and allow to air dry, never in direct sunlight or direct heat. His gloves never seem to be grippy/ sticky long, we dampen them before matches and during but still dont seem overly sticky.. am I doing something wrong? Ive been told gloves glue wrecks the leather and to avoid using it..

Sorry for the radio silence lately, its been a busy few weeks. Fred has been training and playing for 3 teams due to 2 other teams not having goalkeepers and Fred stepped up to the mark for them. He played for a team a year up and another team his own age alongside his grassroots team, securing them all wins! Fred really does amaze me with how willing he is to help, and how much he puts in to goalkeeping. Hes having a week off training, and a well deserved rest.

The last games of the season today (both ended in a win for us🙌🏻)and what a season its been. Having only lost 3 games playing the year up id say it was a huge success! Roll on next season where we will be entering 2 leauges, the first being our own age, the next the year above (U8's) we can not wait! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

Not the end we had hoped for. We came 4th playing a year up (u7's) in stafford leauge, which is still absolutely amazing! Fred really put the work in yesterday playing 2 matches in the leauge, and then 2 friendlies, the lad was shattered but the teams won both friendlies winning 5-2 & an incredible 9-0🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 and went on to win MOTM which was so well deserved 🏆🏆 Back at training tonight with the year above and training for next season 💪🏻
