Hi i've had a Navy federal account for 3 years now and never use it, is there any major perks i'm missing out on?

Last funding for the same client for BCU $30k, Citizen bank $35k, Lighstream $35k then lastly Chase card on the personal side $19k. The pull his Experian report and fico was 745. Client also want inquiry for Chase wipe out. Receipts below
