Sorry K, I forgot to add my comment last week. The video and points are very useful indeed and again are spot on. My mind set has changed and feel the routines are key to success as you say. I have had a couple of beers (literally 2 over a weekend) but that has not led to anarchy! I have enjoyed them more than I would have previously. Yes, I have had another day of feeling tired since my last post, but still found the energy to do some squats and stretches. So as ever great advice that is appreciated.
