Before we can clear internal clutter or step into authentic power, we must first learn how to return to safety within ourselves, our nervous system.

August 18th, Morning Reflection
Good morning beautiful friends. Today’s sentence from A Course in Miracles: “He is sure that his perception may be faulty, but will never lack correction.” This was interesting and I find something deeply comforting in this. We don’t have to be certain that we’re seeing everything correctly. We don’t have to have all the answers. We simply need to remain willing to see differently. Sometimes our first perception comes through fear, past experiences, expectations, or judgment. But recognizing that our perception may be incomplete creates an opening for something new. Instead of saying: “This is how it is.” We can say: “Perhaps I am not seeing this clearly yet.” That small willingness can create space for understanding. Today, when something feels difficult or confusing, pause and ask: “Am I willing to see this another way?” We don’t have to force clarity. We only have to remain open to correction. And perhaps that is where peace begins. Open for discussion.

August 17th Reflection
Good morning beautiful friends. Today’s sentence from A Course in Miracles: “We look neither ahead nor backwards.” What if peace becomes easier when we stop trying to live in the past or control the future? The past can pull us into regret, memories, and old stories. The future can pull us into worry, anticipation, and imagined outcomes. But this moment is where our life is actually happening. Today, instead of looking backwards at what was or ahead at what might be, pause. Take a breath. Feel where you are. And ask yourself: “What is here for me right now?” Perhaps we don’t need to know what comes next. Perhaps we don’t need to rewrite what has already happened. Perhaps, for this moment, we can simply be here. Neither ahead. Neither behind. Just here. Open for discussion.🥰
August 16th Reflection
Good morning beautiful friends. Today’s sentence from A Course in Miracles: “And we will also use this thought to keep us safe throughout the day.” I love the simplicity of this. What if the thoughts we consciously choose can become an anchor we return to throughout our day? When uncertainty arises, we can pause. When judgment appears, we can pause. When fear begins to take over, we can pause. And gently return to the thought we have chosen. We don’t have to get it perfect. We simply have to remember. What thought would you choose today as your anchor, a thought that brings you back to peace, trust, and love? Carry it with you. Return to it as often as you need. Sometimes coming back to one peaceful thought is enough to change the direction of an entire day. Open for discussion.

August 15, Morning Reflection
Good morning beautiful friends. Today’s sentence from A Course in Miracles: “It takes great learning both to realize and to accept the fact that the world has nothing to give.” At first, these words sounded harsh. Well, To me they sure did and I almost moved to another sentence. But perhaps they aren’t saying that the world has nothing beautiful to offer us. Perhaps they’re asking us to recognize that nothing outside of ourselves can give us the lasting peace, love, worth, or wholeness we are seeking. We can receive beautiful experiences, meaningful relationships, opportunities, and wonderful moments. But when we ask the outside world to complete us, We place our peace somewhere it can never permanently remain. What if the deepest treasures aren’t things the world gives us? What if they are things we discover within ourselves? Today, ask yourself: “What have I been looking outside myself to receive that I am ready to remember within?” Perhaps freedom begins when we stop asking the world to give us what was never outside of us to begin with. What does this sentence bring up for you?
