I'm so grateful to see how our community has grown to over 300 members in only a month. 🥰 That means you made an intentional decision to join our community...and I don't take that lightly. With so much noise out there...especially AI noise...your presence here means a lot to me. That's why as a simple thank you, please use this chance to let us know who you are, what you do, and what you offer (if any). We don't usually allow promotions to keep our space spam free. But this post is an exception. 😄 Feel free to share your links...your socials, YouTube channel, Skool community, Shopify link, a freebie, a paid offer... And if you don't have any yet, just share what you want to see inside our AI trainings (aka Labs)...your response might just be one of our next Labs. 😉 I appreciate you. 🙏

Thanks so much for this invitation, @Katherine Lizardo. I appreciate you. Hi everyone! I'm Amanda, founder of UnShaming for Women, a community built around a simple but powerful idea: many women have been taught to interpret their emotions, reactions, needs, and struggles as evidence that something is wrong with them. Most women who find me aren't saying "I have shame." They're saying "What's wrong with me?" "Why am I like this?" or "I should be past this by now." UnShaming for Women is a space where women can explore a different relationship with themselves, rooted in curiosity, compassion, and self-trust instead of judgment and self-fixing. Inside you'll find training on how shame actually works, reflection prompts that build self-trust instead of self-criticism, a free mini course called Understanding Shame, and a community of women witnessing each other without judgment. Nothing about you needs to change to belong here. I'd love to invite you in. 💕

New Cover Image: What do you think?
Hi, my ADHD moms! How was your weekend? I took both Saturday and Sunday off from my 2 communities and from all my social media to give me space to think and plan my big ideas...and the only tech I really couldn't do without was AI...since it was my thinking partner. 😄 And I created a new cover image for our community to attract more like-minded ADHD moms to our space who want help simplifying AI. I'm also positioning myself to leverage Skool's new feature: the Growth Boost...which is Skool's way of supporting community owners by running ads for us on Facebook, Instagram, etc. Since Skool is using cover images to run ads for our community...so the logical step was for me to improve our cover image. This is what I created. Does it resonate with you? Good or bad impression, please let me know. I'm a lawyer, and I have thick skin. You won't offend me. 😆 Your feedback matters more to me.

Love it! Love the green. And I love the "stop spiralling" in the title. So fitting for ADHD'ers.
Thinking of Starting a Business? Please read this.
When I first started building my own businesses, my first thoughts were: "I needed more ideas...clarity...confidence...time...strategy...information. Let's go!" Have you ever felt that way, too? 🤔 -------------------------------------------------------- But over time, I realized something... My confusion did not come from not knowing enough...I mean, I already know a lot of things...and with AI, I can know everything. So, my confusion stemmed from trying to build on top of unclear foundations. 😖 And for our ADHD brains, unclear foundations can turn into overwhelm really fast. 🧠 So I want to share 3 things I wish I knew as an ADHD mompreneur early on. Not to pressure you. Not to make business feel heavier. But to give you something solid to think through before you pour your energy into things that may not actually move the business forward. -------------------------------------------------------- Here’s the first-principles version: A business is not a logo. A business is not a website. A business is not a pile of content ideas. A business is simply this: 🔶 You help a specific person solve a specific problem in a way they are willing to pay for. Everything else builds from there. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 1. YOUR BUSINESS DOES NOT START WITH YOUR IDEA... IT STARTS WITH A PROBLEM A lot of us start with: “I have an idea.” But the stronger question is: “Whose problem am I solving?” 👉 Because people do not usually pay for your idea. They pay because something feels frustrating, confusing, painful, expensive, exhausting, or important enough that they want help. 📍 YOUR ACTION STEP Write this sentence: “I help ______ who struggle with ______ so they can ______.” My example: “I help ADHD moms who struggle with business overwhelm so they can use AI in simple, practical ways to buy back time and take their next clear step.” If you cannot fill this in yet, that is not a failure. That is just your next piece of clarity. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 2. A SMALLER AUDIENCE IS USUALLY EASIER TO SERVE THAN A BIGGER ONE

@Katherine Lizardo I'm doing this right now! :)
Help Me Choose Our One-Liner 💚 (Your Vote Decides)
I've been working on one simple line to describe what this place really is. And I keep going back and forth between 3 of them. 🤔 Here's what matters most to me... I want this line to be clear for every mom here. Including those of us who read or think in another language first. English is not my first language...I was born and raised in the Philippines, so Tagalog is my first language. That's why I'm highly sensitive about the words I use to make sure everyone can understand them... especially since our communities are global! 🌏 So I'm not going to guess. I'd rather ask you. Here are the three 👇 1️⃣ "The only AI fluency space built ADHD-first… for moms building mission-driven businesses." 2️⃣ "The only place where ADHD moms learn to use AI… made for the ADHD brain, building mission-driven businesses." 3️⃣ "The only place built for ADHD mompreneurs to learn AI… made for your brain and your business." 👉 Which one lands clearest for you? Tap your pick in the poll. And if any word feels clunky or hard to read, tell me in the comments. That helps me more than you know. 🥰 I appreciate you. 🙏 P.S. If you'd mix two of them together, say so below... I'm all ears. P.P.S. One more thing, because it matters to me. 🌿 This little poll? It's one simple way to validate an idea before you pour your energy into it. You stop guessing alone... and let real people show you what lands. So as a thank-you for voting, I want to do the same for you. If you've got a one-liner, an offer name, or an idea you've been sitting on... start your own post like this one and ask us to weigh in. 💚 I'll show up for yours the way you showed up for mine. Because we're in this together, and that's the whole point.🥰

I like short and clear so this would work as well. "The only place where ADHD moms learn to use AI....made for your brain and your business."
Why AI is NOT going to replace you
I was driving my little one somewhere last week, half-listening to the GPS call out every turn. And somewhere around the third "recalculating" (😆)... I started thinking... Many are scared AI is going to replace us...but I have a different perspective. My GPS has never once driven my car. 🚗 It just shows me the road. I'm still the one who turns the wheel... and I'm the only one who knows the small human in the back seat will want a snack and a bathroom in ten minutes. 🥰 That little moment is the whole thing I want to share today. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- When someone asks, "what will be left for us when AI can do everything?"... I think the honest answer fits right inside the car. AI is the GPS. It suggests the route. We are the driver. We decide where to turn. And the people we love are the passengers... the whole reason for the trip. AI is weakest at the last two. And here's the part that matters for us, human beings... they are already our strengths. 💃💃💃 ---------------------------------------------------------------------- 🔶 WE ARE THE DRIVER. I believe the 3 most valuable Human Skills in the AI era are: 1. Judgment ... seeing the road clearly. Is this good, true, worth it? 2. Choice ... turning the wheel. Picking one and letting the rest go. 3. Direction ... the route that forms behind you when many turns point the same way. A GPS (AI) can suggest a route. But YOU are the one who chooses to turn and where. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- 🔶 OUR PASSENGERS MATTER A LOT And the people are our passengers... the part a GPS will never know. These are 2 more valuable Human Skills in the AI era: 4. Emotional intelligence ... reading feeling, yours and theirs. 5. Social intelligence ... reading the room and building real trust. A GPS can route. It cannot read the passengers. It doesn't know who is in the car, how they feel, or where they truly want to go.

In my work, AI will NEVER replace what I do. It will never be a human with all the qualities that make humans human: empathy, intuition, lived experience, feelings, somatic experience, it's all so nuanced. AI can never do that. However, taking what's in my brain and making sense of it sometimes with a clear road map really helps me in an area where I struggle most. It's critically important that I remain the physical driver of the car and not outsource that task for a driverless car. I love this post. Thank you!
