I hear these types of questions ALL THE TIME: "What AI tool should I use?" "Is Claude better than ChatGPT?" "Should I learn n8n or Make?" The right questions: "What is actually broken in my business?" "What low-value tasks are eating hours of my time?" "What is costing me money without an ROI?" Finding the right problem is hard. Most people are building workflows for problems they don't have. Chasing what X or YouTube said is cool. Comparing Claude vs ChatGPT endlessly. Instead: Identify what's eating 5+ hours of your time. Find your specific business bottleneck. Then work backwards from the pain to the tool. Problem-first beats tool-first every time.

I've seen the "Claude Code vs n8n" question a lot recently and here's how I think about it: Claude Code = High Value, Low Volume Tasks Higher-leverage work like writing email newsletters, generating images, designing websites, creating ads, etc. Higher stakes so quality matters more. n8n = High Volume, Low Value Tasks Higher-volume work like inbox monitoring, scheduled jobs, data entry, research, background workflows, etc. Lower stakes so efficiency matters more. That's how I would think about it anyways. I don't think Claude Code "killed" n8n like half of AI influencers are claiming. Do you use Claude Code or n8n more in your business?
