Lately, I’ve been thinking about how some businesses suddenly shift gears and start seeing results while others stay stuck for months (or even years). 🤔 From what I’ve noticed, it’s usually not about working harder but more about having the right thing set up the right way. I made a small change recently, and the difference it created in consistency and results was honestly shocking to me. Not saying I’ve figured it all out, but it really opened my eyes to how much we miss when we try to “guess our way” through things. As an advocate, I learned to lead with a heart of service—to be the voice for the voiceless. This quote reminds me that selling, when done with integrity, yes, isn’t about taking. And my entire Speak Your Way To Cash® team — you are the heartbeat behind this brand. Lael and Marvic you worked around the clock! Then there’s my family — Rhonda, my cousin Reggie on security, Auntie Dana, Vincent, Venessa, Christina, Punkin, Omoro, Terrell, my nieces and nephews — you all held me down every single day. And my dad and mom and dad in law for holding down the house. All the speakers were AMAZING! You all held it down! We’re working on editing and getting you your assets. This wasn’t easy. But it was worth it. Because at the end of the weekend, not only did we break records — we gained 100 new mastermind members who said “yes” to scaling their business and voice to the next level.
