@Ryan Doser apologies if this was addressed in one of your videos (I watched a lot of them, but haven't seen this described) .. I'm curious what is a good folder structure within Claude Code? How do Claude Skills live within the folder structure inside Claude Code? Do they live in each specific project folder? Or do they have their own folder structure and are available for every new project? When you start a new project, are all the skills already there or are you loading them in every time? Just need some guidance on folder structure

Here's one of my AI Hot Takes: Sophisticated AI Automations are great for getting clicks/hype on the Internet but often do more harm for the average user vs building from scratch. Upload a JSON file with a workflow like this, and I guarantee the average user will spend more time troubleshooting and fixing inputs vs starting from scratch. I'm still very bullish on AI Automations, but for 95% of use cases simplicity is the name of the game. What do you guys think?
