Hey everyone, I just wanted to let you all know that I've been dealing with some awful back pain lately...like, "back spasms several times a day and unable to walk" kind of pain. Today was the FIRST day in several weeks that I could walk my dog without wincing the ENTIRE time. I am hopeful to be recharged with some cool content topics for you all in the next week.
