🔥I’m calling myself out… Been eating ice cream or pie EVERY single morning to start my day xD 💪 After talking with Vincent, this week STOP sugar altogether and track 100 grams of protein intake everyday! The Plan: - Workout at least 5 times this week - Track my protein in app - Eat meat/yogurt/eggs everyday 😅 What I’m sacrificing: - ❌ no ice cream or sweets ! ! ! - ❌ doom scrolling in bed, I get up and go to the Gym Mon Sept 29th weight: 107lbs 👇 Mon October 6th weight: ???
