More engagement = more points = higher on the leader board = winner winner, chicken dinner. Hey everyone! I just have a few questions.. How do I pull building permits? Is it different for each town? What exactly am I looking for when pulling the permits and what are some examples of something bad that could result from not pulling permits? Could someone give me an example for how a building permit would delay closing? When you buy or sell a house, how do building permits get brought up? Is this a common thing? What would happen if i bought a house with a client with open building permits? Thanks in advance!!
