Not to sound like a “Debby Downer” here (although I do feel like this a lot lately), I am having trouble with: 1. Getting women to my community in the first place. I actually have quite a few followers - 18,000 fb/ 5700 IG/ 9500 FB group - but in the last 6 months have only attracted 277 members. 2. Once they are there, getting them to come back and engage - it feels like they join, and then never return again as many have not come back in for well over 100 days. I still have 87% at level 1 even though there are clear paths and encouragement on how to lead them forward with ease. 3. My conversion to premium and VIP is extremely low - and I think a lot of that is because they do not return or they do not move past level 1 to even begin to see the value of what is there. I truly believe that I have built something super special - that is the feedback I receive from the ones who actually use it the way it is designed. It is just getting there with more women. I think I must be too thick inside of the trees to see the forest. A few weeks ago, I wrote a post here in Skool Scale Camp, thanking @Brenda Rigney for all that she's taught me about how to run a Skool group. Because it's different than the normal course or membership business model, and I've never had so much success as I have here. She immediately asked me to copy and post it in Skoolers, so I did. 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮 𝗮𝘀𝗸𝘀 𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗼 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗜 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗮 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻, so I don't hesitate if it's at all possible. 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝗸𝗼𝗼𝗹𝗲𝗿𝘀, 𝗔𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗲𝘄 𝗞𝗶𝗿𝗯𝘆 𝗵𝗶𝗺𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝗗𝗠'𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗲 in the chat that he wanted to pin the post, but there was a broken link. I fixed it an hour later, and he immediately pinned it to the top of the group. A few days later, 𝗜 𝗴𝗼𝘁 𝗮 𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗔𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗻𝗮, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗸𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗲 for responding to folks and sending them to the Skoolers classroom to learn more about being successful here. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝟭𝟬 𝗗𝗔𝗬𝗦 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟱𝟬𝟬 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀, which is completely unheard of! I made a point to answer every single one. And unless I missed some, I believe I accomplished that. It was crazy insane because it took time to do this, but I wanted to thank everyone who sent me well wishes. I was careful to follow her instructions exactly and just keep going, even when things looked like they weren't working. Wow, did it pay off!!! Here I am 6 months into my group, and I can't believe how much I have learned and grown. 𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲, 𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗶𝗳 𝗜 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗱𝗼 𝗶𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗱𝗼 𝗶𝘁!! Listen to Brenda's tips because she really knows how to do this, and just keep going. You won't believe how far you can go if you follow the Skool-specific business model she teaches!

I know Sam just turned on the new Discovery Search, but I never expected it would bring me from the 9th spot to the 3rd for my category (9th is the highest I've ever been before)!!! Usually, my students find me by searching watercolor or watercolor painting, and for now I am above the fold for those searches!!!!! What???? 😅 I am now at #287 in Discovery, which is the highest I've ever been. My Daily activity has gone up quite a bit this week with a challenge/live session I'm running. So I'm sure that's a big reason. Has anyone else seen some differences since the new changes in Skool search?
