There could have been no agenda at all and it stil be worth it connecting with you all. Inspiring and motivating, thank you! 🙌🏽 But as for the speakers... Thank you for sharing your knowledge and experience, it was humbling and insightful 🙏🏽 . . Here are my notes - they may or may not make sense, but I thought it might be somewhat valuable to those who were in attendance as a reminder. **Not polished/messy. - *Goose* Wealth Ladder system - service (no scale) - education (more freedom) - software (ability to scale) Community= Frequent interaction Combined sense of purpose Other things... - inside jokes *Vendy* Moved from LINKEDIN ➡️ YOUTUBE 1:MANY ✖️Short form content does not build influence Short form = awareness ads Long form = building influence, building a brand Google and YouTube are the worlds largest search engines. - so it makes sense to put content there over other platforms. Example client: YouTube 300 views, 6 inbound leads, 1 close = £4K 👏🏽 Meaning views don't always matter ChatGPT is referencing/recommending YouTube videos. ✅ Brand is the only thing that is going to stand. People need to know your name. Long term investment. Long form content. *Farhoon £64k MRR* Started posting 3-4 times a week on LinkedIn, then moved them onto Skool. Views don't matter, it's got to be the right people. Testimonial posts do well without many views (try LinkedIn) 1 recorded Q&A call a week - good content for the community. *Adnan* Right time, right vehicle, say yes. Created his own SAAS. Recommends annuals (33% off - 12mnths for price off 8) ✖️ Don't sell to poor people/low disposable income Waiting list model - create scarcity, desire and urgency Many chat - reels, don't need many views. Target interested users Develop onboarding system Don't send strangers to Skool about page Annual membership changed the game and controlling when people could join.
