Doug owns an accounting and tax firm in Florida, and when we jumped on a call and shared screens, we diagnosed his biggest bottleneck live: his lead intake was completely broken. His calendar was showing 2:30 AM slots, there were no follow up automations, and texting compliance was not set up. Within 30 minutes, we fixed his calendar settings, mapped out his full front end automation plan with appointment reminders, pre call pages, and onboarding flow, and built a clear roadmap for what to tackle first. His goal is to automate his own firm, then use that as proof to launch an agency helping other accountants do the same. Simple systems, massive time saved. Bruno is a digital strategist in Brazil managing all social media for a multi location dental clinic. He has been learning Claude Code and building with Paul and Seed, but he was stuck on how to scale beyond trading time for money on site. We broke down his real constraint: he had no data on what his efforts were actually converting into booked appointments. We mapped out a plan to build a proper funnel with a website, CRM, and scheduling, get leverage through analytics, and eventually offer AI booking agents on WhatsApp to local clinics as a scalable remote service. Hey everyone. Bruno here, from Fortaleza, Brazil. Dentist by training (2023), working as a digital strategist in healthcare/dental. That's my actual job. AI is not my income yet. Been deep into AI for ~2 years (custom GPTs, prompt engineering, photo/video generation). Always tech-oriented as a hobby, comfortable with the ecosystem, dabbled in cybersec, just never professionally in tech. About 2-3 months ago I discovered Claude Code and OpenClaw, went from interacting with AI to building systems with it, and haven't looked back. No formal programming background but the barrier dropped fast and I went all in. What I've been building (all WIP, nothing shipped, nothing live): - Instagram management/growth platform for dental clients (14 AI agents, content pipeline, scraping) - Personal Life OS with central AI, 7 life domains, gamification, Garmin/Calendar integration. Pivoting from localhost dashboard to PWA. Way too ambitious? Probably. Building it anyway. - 24-agent autonomous system on a VPS via OpenClaw architecture. Trend scanning, daily briefings, resource cataloging, Telegram command center. 6 agents live, 18 in pipeline, 328+ tests. Pushing hardest here. - Personal Telegram bot running Claude + Gemini with persistent vector memory Claude Code setup: 214 skills, 57 agents, 106 commands, 19 hooks, PAUL workflow, CARL dynamic rules, Obsidian vault (157+ notes) as external brain. Over-engineered? Almost certainly. But I learn by doing, always been a learn-do kinda guy. Two areas I'm obsessing over: 1. Autonomous agents that actually deliver. OpenClaw, PicoClaw, whatever works. Teams that communicate, run 24/7, produce real output without hand-holding. Deep in it, still figuring out reliable multi-agent coordination at scale. 2. A truly connected, living memory system across everything. Claude Code, OpenClaw agents, Obsidian, all projects. A brain that auto-improves, never loses context, organizes into project containers but stays interconnected. Not just storage, intelligence that compounds. *Think everyone wants this LOL* but still trying to get closer each day..
