One part of the dream I’m building is place freedom. Not just working from home.Not just taking vacation days. But building a life where I can intentionally choose where I work, think, create, and live. Today is the first small step toward that. Laptop. Nature. Fresh air. Slow morning. Starlink in the woods. And honestly? It feels less like escaping work and more like building work into a life I actually want to live. I think a lot of us started businesses because we wanted more freedom… but if we are not careful, we accidentally rebuild another version of burnout in a prettier outfit. So this season, I’m paying close attention to that. More walks. More nature. More intentional schedules. More calm growth. More asking: What kind of life am I actually building here? What about you? It’s a good day to have a good day.

I started making my own at home using: • Himalayan pink salt • potassium chloride • magnesium citrate That’s basically the foundation of many electrolyte drinks anyway. It honestly made me stop and think about how many things we buy prepackaged that we could make ourselves more simply and intentionally. Not perfectly.Just intentionally. Lately I’ve been trying to notice where I can create more ease, simplicity, and awareness in everyday life instead of automatically reaching for the most marketed option. Also… the amount of money some electrolyte packets cost now is kind of wild. 😂 Do you make anything at home now that you used to always buy pre made?
